The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are eager to announce a full-time Assistant Branch Manager position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by promoting sales and client retention through excellent customer service by assisting in the management of all aspects of branch office sales and operations.

- Manages and participates in branch recruitment efforts up to and including interviewing and assessing candidates, conducting background/reference checks, and maintaining appropriate candidate inventory.
- Collaborates with senior management to evaluate, develop and implement sales and recruiting standards, along with measurements and production expectations to ensure consistency within the branch and implement tactics to accomplish goals.
- Attends sales and recruiting events such as trade shows, job fairs, university recruitment programs, Florida Worknet, and other traditional and non-traditional sales and applicant sourcing opportunities to determine which will provide the greatest benefit.
- Assists management with monitoring performance and productivity against goals and manages branch staff to achieve goals.
- Provides business development support.
- Ensures compliance, under the guidance of the Branch Manager, with established policies and procedures as well as Federal, state, and local regulations (i.e., DOL, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, HR, Legal, Account Management System, EEOC, ADA, etc.).
- Maintains complete and accurate documentation of all branch activities.
- Determines customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and may review and prepare bids with senior management.
The Attributes We Seek
- One (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Two (2) years of staffing industry or related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
